Where we are
Casa Marisa is in localita' Schiopparello, just 6 kilometers from Portoferraio, which is the island's main city. We are in the beautiful Portoferraio's Bay that reaches the village of Bagnaia.
Our location is ideal for those who want to visit the entire island. We are just 6 kilometers not only from Portoferraio, but also 6 kilometers from lovely Porto Azzurro and 6 kilometers also from Capoliveri, with its east side facing beaches, but also in a few minutes' drive we reach the south side coast, with its beautiful sandy beaches.
After reaching Portoferraio - by ferry or by hydrofoil - follow the road signs leading towards Porto Azzurro for approximately 4 kilometers, then turn left when you reach the sign of the road to Schiopparello. Continue driving for approximatly1.5 kilometers, we are located on the left side of the road just next to our outdoor Tuscan pottery expo.
The seaside is a short 200-meter stroll from our Home. The beach is children-friendly and it has a magnificent view of Portoferraio.
